James Lewis

Managing Director

James co-founded Pro2col in 2003 to specialise in file transfer technologies having worked in the file transfer industry with WAM!NET since 1999.

James is responsible for strategy, business development, vendor management, customer service and finance.

James is a self confessed file transfer geek with what some might think an unhealthy knowledge of file transfer technologies and vendors. With his wide network of contacts in the industry, if he doesn’t have the answer he knows where to find it.

When not working he enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting Everton Football Club and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Chris Payne

Technical Director

Chris is not your traditional techie with server racks under the stairs. He advocates for a healthy work/life balance, saving his love for technology for work and developing his passion for craft beer at home. Chris is a qualified brewer and has on occasion whipped out the brewing equipment. He’ll be up for a Friday pint.

He is committed to providing outstanding customer service, often building relationships with customers lasting past project delivery.

There’s capability in everyone to learn a new skill from seeing, hearing and doing. That’s why Chris embraces a difficult task and is happy to assist in areas which may not be his strong suit.

Over the years, Chris has become more passionate about the environment. He does what he can do help, opting to buy loose fruit and vegetables to reduce plastic waste.

Matthew Kyprianou

Director of Operations

Matthew comes from a background of leading operations in both large corporate and SME environments and has worked in a variety of complex markets with a successful record in increasing business output.

Matthew is responsible for leading our operations strategy within Pro2col and delivering key objectives to grow the business. He works closely with James and Ailsa and is part of our senior leadership team.

Outside of work Matthew is a big family man and sports fanatic. He spends his time outdoors whatever the weather with his wife and young family and following his beloved Chelsea FC all over the country and Europe.


Glynn Henry

Sales Director

Glynn describes himself as adventurous, passionate and people centric, a combination of attributes that have been vital in his career of sales management and executive leadership. As the Sales Director at Pro2col he prides himself on engineering measurable, customer-focused success.

Glynn believes that a motivated and successful team thrives when they are empowered to sell with integrity and can deliver solutions with real commercial value. He instils a sales culture of celebrating success and embracing the opportunities and learnings when things don’t go to plan.

Outside of work, Glynn is a family man and loves the outdoors. Volunteering as a leader at 1st Barton Sea Scouts, he gets to share his bushcraft skills and be an active member of the community. He is happiest on the ocean and has even spent weeks at sea exploring uninhabited atolls.
