James co-founded Pro2col in 2003 to specialise in file transfer technologies having worked in the file transfer industry with WAM!NET since 1999.
James is responsible for strategy, business development, vendor management, customer service and finance.

Managed File Transfer Consultant
Ailsa’s background lies in spending many years managing and growing global accounts for British Telecoms.
Since joining Pro2col, she has got to know our customer-base and their requirements well. Prospects can count on Ailsa to look for the best solution for them at the right price. And existing customers continue to plan and implement the growth of their solutions with Ailsa’s support and recommendations.
Ailsa is responsible for business development and also supports James with vendor management, customer service and organisation!
Outside of work, Ailsa is normally found spending time with her family or helping out at school, where she is also an active Governor.
Senior Sales Executive
Ben has been working in Account Management and Sales for over 5 years working with organisations such as Ageas and Lead Forensics.
He utilises his enjoyment in meeting new people to develop new working relationships and look to help people with their solution requirements and needs wherever possible.
He is a keen, but frustrated golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Director of Operations
Matthew comes from a background of leading operations in both large corporate and SME environments and has worked in a variety of complex markets with a successful record in increasing business output.
Matthew is responsible for leading our operations strategy within Pro2col and delivering key objectives to grow the business. He works closely with James and Ailsa and is part of our senior leadership team.
Outside of work Matthew is a big family man and sports fanatic. He spends his time outdoors whatever the weather with his wife and young family and following his beloved Chelsea FC all over the country and Europe.
Jasmina has more than 10 years of sales and account management experience. For the last 3 years she was heavily involved in supporting channel sales in EMEA, more specifically DACH Region for the worldwide leader of security software BlackBerry/Cylance.
Jasmina’s aim is to enable our resellers and partners to be more successful, helping them grow their business and expand their market presence.
In her free time, Jasmina enjoys girl trips with her daughter, running, art and fashion.
Maintenance & Support Specialist
Luke has a strong customer service background working for organisations such as LV, Sainsburys and Waitrose.
At Pro2col Luke is responsible for working on all aspects of the customer experience. He has a strong attention to detail and assists customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Luke guides all our customer renewals and helps to onboard new customers, so that all the relevant paperwork and licensing is there.
Outside of work, Luke hosts a local radio talent competition and is a keen pub quizzer. He also loves to tell jokes, just not very good ones!
Maintenance & Support Specialist
Jillie has a strong background in customer service and sales support, having worked in both the manufacturing and security industries. At Pro2col she provides invaluable support to our account managers – building invoices, quotes and more.
When she’s not working Jillie spends her time playing roller derby – something she first took up during two years’ working and travelling in Canada. Now she plays for Portsmouth Roller Wenches. She’s also an excellent baker, takes aerial hoop classes and enjoys watching motorbike road racing. Busy lady!
Globalscape Certified Engineer
Richard has been working in the fields of file transfer and middleware for around twenty years, mostly in the role of senior analyst while managing data integration at a major multi national company. Richards favourite areas of interest are automation and the enabling of communication between disparate computer systems.
More recently, Richard has worked in an advisory role with a number of variously sized companies who have implemented or are planning to implement Managed File Transfer systems. Drawing on his experience and product knowledge, he has helped guide them to make the most out of their investment.
Richard provides multi-level support to customers who are experiencing challenges in their Globalscape EFT or other File Transfer environments and has worked with leading Globalscape engineers to ensure that his knowledge of the product is optimal.
Outside of work Richard enjoys keeping aquarium fish and cooking, though not in conjunction with each other.
Operations, Compliance & Product Manager
Michelle joined Pro2col in 2009, with a strong background in customer services and business development. A strong interest in business trends and analytics has led her to research, implement and drive many projects internally and customer facing.
Michelle maintains and audits the in-house systems, manuals and processes which the Pro2col team use on a daily basis. These ensure consistent and efficient order delivery, customer satisfaction and achievement of accreditations such as ISO 9001.
Outside of work, Michelle plays Pool in a couple of local leagues, enjoys music festivals and spending time with friends.
Sally started out in broadcasting and journalism, before a career change to marketing and communications eight years ago. Since then she’s worked for Global Radio, developing advertising solutions for big brands, followed by several years working in Higher Education.
Now at Pro2col Sally delivers our exciting marketing strategy, including websites and digital marketing campaigns, PR and other content.
Sally is an excellent writer and particularly good at making complex or specialist information accessible for an everyday audience.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and can usually be found on the beach with her son (whatever the weather).
Helen’s background was originally in customer service, managing a busy customer research enquiry department for a trade building journal. For the past 18 years she has worked in an accounts and finance role managing the purchase ledger for a high end mirror and furniture distributor.
She has joined Pro2col to provide general administration assistance to the team within accounts and customer service, keeping all systems updated and assisting in the day to day smooth running of the office.
Helen enjoys spending quality time with her family and socialising. She is a keen runner (some would say obsessed!), belonging to a local running club and participating in the local road race league.
Ye-Kwan has over 2 years experience in marketing, starting off her career at an events company. She is an all-round marketer and is particularly strong in content writing, email automation and social media marketing.
At Pro2col Ye-Kwan works with the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the marketing strategy. As a results driven person, Ye-Kwan is keen to follow up on campaigns and is always looking for ways to improve.
Outside of work Ye-Kwan keeps fit by walking her dogs and playing tennis. She likes socialising with her friends, either grabbing some drinks or playing board games too. Her favourite games include Sushi Go Party, Ticket to Ride, Spendor and Coup.
Technical Support Analyst
James has worked in technical customer support for over ten years, with a particular interest in security, privacy, and networking. He’s worked for a range of companies, including the team behind 1Password where his proudest achievement was providing technical support to Stephen Fry.
James works along with the team to provide first-line technical support to quickly resolve issues in a timely manner.
Outside of work, James enjoys photography, walking, video games, and has a borderline obsessive interest in science-fiction.
