Formerly a software developer, Wayne now leads businesses through their digital transformation initiatives. He is known for developing new patterns of work that inspire and engage employees in pursuit of a common purpose. An expert on agile and lean working, he identifies dysfunctional systems, and defines new operating models. Wayne has worked with multinational enterprises across a range of industries, including payment systems and IT equipment. He is also an author, published in Pivot: Real Cut Through Stories by Experts at the Frontline of Agility and Transformation.

Ailsa is an experienced MFT specialist who has worked with this technology for nine years. She helps businesses of all shapes and sizes transform their infrastructure, increase productivity, collaboration, data security and streamline processes. Clients range from financial services, banking, healthcare and other industries.

Chris has been heavily involved in both developing and selling secure file transfer technologies for over 13 years. He has worked across several functions, including quality assurance, product management, and – since 2005 – in sales with both end-user clients and technology partners around the world.
